Notice: A Girl in School Uniform (Walks Into a Bar) by Lulu Raczka

Canadian Premiere

A Front Company is seeking performers for our upcoming production of A Girl in School Uniform (Walks Into a Bar), an immersive, feminist noir thriller staged in a real bar.

ABOUT THE PLAY

In a city where the lights keep going out, girls keep disappearing. When Steph, a schoolgirl with a mission, walks into a nearly deserted bar, she meets Bell—a cynical, world-weary bartender who knows more than she’s letting on. As the darkness presses in, the two women must navigate truth, lies, and the chilling reality of a world that swallows women whole.

A Girl in School Uniform (Walks Into a Bar) is a politically charged thriller exploring power, control, and survival in a collapsing world. This production will be staged in an actual bar, immersing audiences in its gritty, atmospheric world.
